RMBS Presentations

A submission of a full-length manuscript is required for either podium or poster presentations at the RMBS.

Publishing a manuscript in the RMBS proceedings is not intended to prevent the authors from submitting their more comprehensive work to other refereed journals. The submitting author must state that the work was partially presented at RMBS.

Podium presentations

Length - presentations are 12 minutes in length with 3 minutes for questions (total of 15 minutes). A laptop computer projector will be provided with current PowerPoint software. If you need any other type of audio-visual equipment, please notify the Program Chair prior to the conference date. Also, if your PowerPoint slides include video or special graphics, you might consider bringing your own laptop to ensure proper function of the presentation.

Poster presentations –

Poster size should be by 36” high by 48” wide. Tacks and tape will be available. We will have the space set up for the posters for both Friday and Saturday (all day). Authors can mount their posters any time before the first poster session and then take them down after the second poster session. The authors are expected to be present at their poster during both poster sessions. If you are in the poster contest and not present when a judge visits your poster, you will forfeit that score.

FEES -
